My parents have a little black Chihuahua. I can fully understand why the thief would return this puppy.
Seriously people, I am only kidding. There went my Chihuahua-loving audience. They will no longer be visiting me for Dog News and Puppy News.
I hope the thief will visit my site for advice and then buy a puppy next time.
